At Copyguru, you can place your order in two ways: in our stores or via email. In all cases, the completion time depends on capacity, and in the case of email orders, processing time as well.

 

 

In Our Stores:

 

Our expert colleagues are ready to assist you in our stores. You can place an order for any service available in the respective store.
Once it’s your turn and you have explained what work you want to order and by when you need it, our colleagues will recommend a completion time based on the current capacity of the store.
If the offer is acceptable to you, you will need to fill out an order form which includes your contact details, the job details, and, if calculable on-site, the final amount.
After signing the order form, you will receive a copy to bring with you for pickup. By signing, you accept the order as submitted, and we cannot make any changes afterward, regardless of the deadline.
This is because orders are processed continuously, so they can be completed at any time between submission and pickup.

 

By Email:

 

When placing an order via email, please provide the following details:

 

• Contact Information: Provide your name and phone number so our colleagues can contact you if they have any questions.
• Detailed Job Description:
      • Color or black and white print: If you request black and white, everything will be printed in black and white. If you request color, pages without color images or characters will be charged at the black and white rate.
      • Number of copies: Specify exactly how many copies you need of each item.
      • Type of print medium: By default, we print on standard 80g paper, but you can find all the print media we work with on our website. If you prefer 80g paper, please specify to avoid misunderstandings.
      • Single or double-sided: For printing on SRA3 or smaller sizes, specify whether you want single or double-sided printing.
• Desired Completion Time: Indicate when you would like to pick up the material. For email orders, the completion time is calculated from the time the order is processed. We will notify you via email of the exact pickup time.
• Pickup Method: You can choose free pickup at our stores or delivery at GLS package rate. For personal pickup, specify which store; for GLS, provide the exact address or the address of the package point / locker.
• Payment Method: If your order exceeds HUF 50,000, we need to issue a proforma invoice, which you can pay by bank transfer. Please provide your billing information for this. For advance transfers, work will commence only once the transfer has been received and confirmed by our central office. The office checks transfers twice daily – in the morning and afternoon. The chosen completion deadline is calculated from then.
• Invoice Request: If you need an invoice, provide the billing information so our colleagues can prepare it for you in advance.

 

 

Always wait for the email confirmation that specifies the exact pickup time.

 

 

In our stores, email orders are typically processed Monday to Friday from 10 am to 4 pm, and outside these hours depending on the store's capacity.

 

Requesting a Quote: For larger or more complex jobs, you can request a custom quote from the Copyguru Central Printing Office, or even place a specific order with them. For submitted orders, the minimum completion time is one business day from the acceptance of the quote, so same-day pickup orders cannot be placed.
